Erta Ale A and B are 17-story buildings offering a variety of homes, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and penthouse units, along with three basement levels. The Afdera and Dallol buildings are designed to have up to 24 floors, with two basement levels and two elevators. Each of the three buildings will be able to accommodate eight households per floor.

What about the payment methods provided at amibara?

  Amibara Properties offers customers the option of 10% or 30% down payments. 

What are the terms of payment?

  • For Buildings A and B with the payment will be time based with customers paying in eight stages within one year and seven months after the initial down payment. 
  • For Afdera and Dallol blocks, after the initial down payment, customers will have to make payments progress based settling the remaining balance in 10 installments spanning a period of three years.

However, the land management mapping usually begins after the house construction is around 70% done or hits a certain point. This order can make it tough to get loans at the start.
